Archer Humphryes have been appointed as architect for the team and Ares Investment Management, evaluating whether sites are suitable for apartment hotel use, putting the local team together, creating the planning strategy, architecture and interior design concepts, delivering the construction with multiple partners and generating brand standards for the company.

Each apartment reflects the local area, be it urban minimalism set against a backdrop of sleek sky-scrapers or old-world elegance cosseted against a Victorian warehouse. With the space, flexibility and freedom of a home, the security of a hotel and complimentary guides detailing each area’s hidden hotspots, guests can truly immerse themselves in local London life.
